To secure your appointment for treatments outlined below require a deposit. You are able to book online, ring or make the appointment by email and provide a phone number where you can be contacted so we can finalise the deposit. 

A non -refundable deposit of $150 (inclusive of GST) is required for Cosmetic Tattoo & Dermo Needling procedures which is deducted from the final cost of the treatment owing on the day of your appointment.

The deposit can be paid with the use of a credit card (Mastercard or Visa), EFTPOS, or you can do an INTERNET TRANSFER, with the details provided on your invoice. Please contact us for the details if required. 

For the balance of your treatment, the salon has EFTPOS facilities & accepts cash.   

Please note Bank Transfers are not accepted for payment of services that are not deposits.


Kindly provide us with 48 hours notice for the cancellation of your appointment, rescheduling of your appointment is subject to availability. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

As our clients can appreciate business, we need to be considerate towards Cosmetic Creations and other clients.

A “NO SHOW” appointment will result with the full price of the treatment booked charged to your credit card. Regrettably inconsiderate people making bookings, not cancelling them and not showing up on the date of the treatment are disruptive to the running of the practice, other clients and have resulted in financial losses.


If you are too late for your appointment, it may require rescheduling if it is going to disrupt clients booked after you.
